Scope of workValora is the channel for Varex Imaging non-intrusive inspection systems — cargo and container scanners that let an agency resolve manifest discrepancies without breaking a seal. Choosing a scanner is a fifteen-year support decision as much as a purchase, which is where we concentrate.
Varex builds its own linear accelerators and X-ray components. Several competing scanner brands buy those same components from Varex, which places supply continuity and spares at the origin of the chain rather than downstream of it.
A trained Varex service team operates in Bangladesh today, maintaining installed units at the Karnaphuli Tunnel. Support does not begin with a new hire.
The regional service hub in Thailand can deploy an engineer within a day, so a fault does not turn into a week of closed lanes.
We trade against published international grades, with quality and quantity certified at load port by an independent surveyor and documentation prepared for letter-of-credit presentation.
Full specifications, origins and lot sizes are issued by written offer against a buyer’s enquiry or tender document.
Some requirements have a very short list of qualified manufacturers, and finding them is only the first problem. The rest is export control, end-use documentation, offset expectations and a payment structure both sides can sign.
